8 Family Mantras for Hard Times

Mantras have grounded me in the hardest of times. Where they come from doesn’t matter, just go with one that resonates with you and repeat, repeat, repeat. Once you have adopted a mantra, your children will follow suit, guaranteed.

8 Family Mantras to help you through hard times:
1. I am safe, I am present, I am healthy
2. Sleep well, move well, eat well
3. Peace begins with me
4. We will hug ____ again
5. We can do hard things
6. Talk less, breathe more
7. Now is time for rest
8. I Forgive You

The last one is monumental. I remember a quote that impacted me many years ago:
